Each 10 x 10 ft booth includes:

    • – One (1) 6′ draped table in one color of your choice
    • – Two (2) chairs
    • – One (1) wastebasket
    • – One (1) Two-Day Technical Registration (Wed/Thu)
      • – Lunch Wednesday/Thursday
      • – President’s Reception
    • – Two (2) Booth Staff (exhibit hall access only)
    • – 8′ high back wall drape
    • – 3′ high-side rail drape
    • – One (1) exhibitor location sign indicating the company name and booth number

✓ Tuesday, March 26th, 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Exhibitor Reception
✓ Wedensday, March 27th, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
✓ Thursday, March 28th, 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
✓ Thursday, March 28th, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Tear Down

 

Payment Schedule & Policy:

March 25-28, 2024 MSC Payment Policy:
All booths not paid by the due date are subject to resale. Please read and review the Exhibitor Payment Policy before signing up.

Booths Selected before July 31, 2023:
A 50% deposit is due August 31, 2023, with the balance due December 31, 2023.
A late fee of $400 per booth space for payments received after December 31, 2023.

Booths Selected after August 31, 2023:
Full payment is due within 30 calendar days of invoice.
A late fee of $400 per booth space for all payments past due.

Booths Selected after December 31, 2023:
Full payment is due at invoice. No refunds or credit.

Cancellation Policy:
Prior to November 30, 2023: Booths paid for in part or full and canceled by written notification will be provided credit towards a similar booth at an upcoming MSC event within the next 18 months.
After November 30, 2023: All contractual obligations are due. No refund/credit of any payments.
